Please follow these directions exactly for trouble free downloading and viewing of your forms. If you are new to computers, consider printing these instructions to make the step by step process as easy as possible. To print, right click anywhere on this page and then select Print or Print Preview from the drop-down box.
Windows Instructions (Mac users click here)
Step 1:
Right-click on the desired form link to open a drop-down (also called pop-up) menu. In the image below, I've selected the B-1 form. In the drop-down box, highlight "Save", "Save As"or "Save Target As" (depending on your computer).
Step 2:
After selecting Save As or "Save Target As" a pop-up screen will appear for you to select a directory on your computer in which to download the file. To make it easier to find your form, we suggest saving it to your "Desktop" as we've done in the screenshot below.
Step 3: After selecting desktop (or a directory of your choice), ensure the file name B1_Vol_Petition appears in the "File name:" block. Ensure the "Save as type:" block indicates PDF File. Finally, click "Save" to begin the download.
Step 4: When the download is complete, you should see the pop-up screen shown below. From this screen you can choose to open the form, but we don't recommend that. It's better to close this screen and then open the from from your desktop.
Step 5: Minimize your web browser and all other open programs until you see your desktop. Locate the icon that looks similar to the image shown below. To open and view the form either "double click" on the icon or open it with your Acrobat Reader. Get FREE Acrobat Reader
Macintosh Download Instructions
Step 1: Right-click on the desired form link to open a drop-down (also called pop-up) menu. In the image below, I've selected the B-1 form. In the drop-down menu, highlight "Save Link As..."
Step 2: After selecting desktop (or a directory of your choice), ensure the B1_Vol_Petition appears in the "Save As:" block and then click "Save" to begin the download.
